Please be aware that the Homeowners' Association Board is composed entirely of volunteers. Members contribute their free time, and sometimes even a dollar here and there, to the maintenance and improvement of our community and receive no financial remuneration.

President’s Report for 2025

This year was a rebuild year the Georgetowne HOA. Here are some of the accomplished for the year.

• Rebuilding year - insurance costs are down. We reduced expenses and save money towards our contingency funds.

• Pool security - New fobs and cameras. Video aligned with gate codes.

• Pool repairs - several were completed but have some more planned for this up coming year.

• Wall repairs - several repairs were completed but there are additional repairs that need to be planned for this year.

• Tree management- trimming in 2025 was completed.

*Rodent Control - New company was brought in.

• Lawn issues - Backer has a new manager, Justin. Call him directly.

Here are a few of the things coming in 2026

·      Landscaping committee - we need volunteers.

·    Road paving - getting new quotes and may require a special assessment.

*Not including all the housekeeping chores that the HOA Board of Directors do to keep Georgetowne a nice place to live.
